Expresscraft info on engines and power sources.
We are a hull manufacture, and a small business. There is little to no profit in motors. Bad for me but i have a un bias est, opinion on them, so i hope you will find this page helpful. I only want you to have as good experience with your boat as possible.
X-Force motorsthese motors are assembled in the U.S.A they are 189.00 and feature a E-Z starter.they can be ordered with a factory upgrade, with a power out put nearing 5HP. For an additional 60.00 and still feature a 90 warenty. we think they are a great value in R/C boating. we try to stock these motors,

Motors from Gizmo.com
Gizmo motors is the importer for RCMK, he also has some great prices on Zenohas,i posted prices that are a little high. Because I'm only giving this info for reference, and to give new modelers, a view of what is available.
Then there is Quickdraw, when only the best will do.
We really like Quickdraw. they are the best engineered motor to date. i say this because I believe its true. and there records back it up. there motors cost around a 1000.00. But come with the best pipe in model boats. To be fair you have to compare there price to the other motors in a pro mod state, And not in stock form, you will normally have 500-600.00 in a modified Zen or RCMK, plus the pipe, my price quote is with a deep v pipe. They are 250.00. They stay inside the boat for a great look,They allow a smaller exit hole that can be higher on the transom to keep water out of a stalled boat.they are also a billet cased motor and put out near 8HP. They are pretty much un matched. We do not keep these motors in stock. Its best if you order yours when you order the boat. They will both be done around the same time.
This is the same pipe we are going to use in our factory C-54 ARTR.
the pipe for the pioneer is different then for std motors, but they look the same. But you need to say its for a whatever type motor so the flange will work.
2 x-force motors about 900.00, very reliable power.
